Una fin de semana espectacular.

Desde el momento 0 el contacto con la anfitriona fue perfecto. Resolvió todas mis dudas rápidamente y amablemente. Desde que nos vimos nos causó una impresión muy buena, es muy cercana y te hace sentir en casa. Nada más entrar te puedes percatar de que todo está indudablemente limpio a conciencia, algo muy importante. La casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Es como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. También creo que es genial para venir con alguna otra pareja de amigos por lo amplia que es. El jardín es una zona que amamos y utilizamos durante toda la estancia y si teníamos problema por la lluvia había otra pequeña zona exterior techada.Además, nos permitió llevar una pequeña BBQ que nos hizo disfrutar muchísimo de la primera zona, algo por lo que también estamos muy agradecidos, entre otras muchas cosas porque también nos dejó marcharnos más tarde de lo previsto. En resumen, recomendado al 100%.

Très bel appartement pour loger jusqu'à 5 personnes confortablement, avec 2 grandes chambres et 2 belles salles de bain, une grande cuisine, un salon, et une jolie terrasse d'où on voit l'océan.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Die Eigentümer wohnen um gleichen Haus und sind gut erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es alles was benötigt wird. Somit sind ständige Autofahrten unnötig. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester auf Teneriffa und es wurde hier nachts deutlich kälter als an der Küste. Für die kühlere Zeit steht ein Kaminofen bereit. Für Feuerholz wurde gesorgt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden hier wieder herkommen.

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Wir waren Ende April 2022 für zwei Wochen in Vanessas Wohnung in Icod el Alto. Wir genossen die geräumige, komfortable und saubere Wohnung im zweiten Stock sehr, die Küche war bestens ausgerüstet. Gegen Abend wurde es manchmal kühl, und wir waren froh um den Holzofen im Wohnzimmer, für den uns Vanessa immer mit genügend Holz versorgte. Vanessa war immer sehr freundlich und stand uns bei allen Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Trotz der Strasse vor dem Haus empfanden wir die Wohnung als ruhig; parkieren an der Strasse war nie ein Problem. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits vom Rummel der Touristen, Besuche von Orotava, Puerto de la Cruz und Icod de los Vinos sind leicht möglich, selbst der Vulkan Teide ist mit einem Auto sind in 1.5 Stunden erreichbar. Zudem hat Teneriffa hat ein gut ausgebildetes Bussystem. Viele schöne Wanderungen an der Küste und in den Bergen liegen in der Nähe. Ein grösseres Lebensmittelgeschäft liegt im Nachbardorf. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr und wir können Vanessas Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Very nice apartment with

Vanessas and Domingos apartment is a perfect place to live away from mass tourism on Tenerife. We stayed there for about 3 months with our little baby daughter. The flat is spacious and clean and everything is like it is described. We stayed there between October and January and the village and flat got quite cold. There is a wooden stove to heat the living room, but especially the bedroom and bathroom got cold. So bring some thick socks and sweaters if you’re there during wintertime ;) The highlight of this apartment is Vanessa and her family who live in the same building. They helped us with everything from doctors and pharmacy visits, where to get vaccinated, to any other questions or requests we had. Even got us some heating blankets and a LOT of firewood :D they made us really feel at home. Icod El Alto is a charming little village that has some bars and some small shops for everyday groceries you can reach by foot. Larger stores or malls are in Los Realejos - about 20-30 min by car. The location of the village is good for trips to the nearby Orotava valley or beyond as well as to Icod de los Vinos or the sights in the other direction. There are some nice hiking trails as well. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the street in front of the house. Some people drive really fast, which can be in turn very loud. I can totally recommend Vanessa’s place for anyone who wants a spacious place to start trips from on Tenerife.

Fantástico apartamento. Espacioso, moderno, completo, bien ubicado y con estupendas vistas. Lugar ideal para el relax y para desconectar. Ubicación excelente, vistas relajantes. Trato exquisito de los propietarios, sabiendo estar y dando cumplidas respuestas a cualquier consulta. Perfectos anfitriones. Muy, muy aconsejable.

Casa amplia y luminosa con bonitas vistas

La vivienda está situada en una zona de Tenerife, Icod El Alto, desde la que se disfrutan unas vistas increíbles de la parte noroeste de la isla. La vivienda está perfectamente dotada, es amplia y luminosa, además de muy limpia, y con una amplia terraza desde la que se puede ver el mar. Los propietarios, Vanessa y su marido, nos han prestado su apoyo en todo momento, proporcionándonos su ayuda en las incidencias que hemos tenido con los vuelos, queremos agradecerles infinitamente su amabilidad. Cabe destacar el entorno natural tan bonito y el ambiente tranquilo que hemos disfrutado en este alojamiento. ¡Volveremos seguro!

Un appartement tranquil et bien equippé

Nous avons pris du bon temps dans l'appartement dans Icod el Alto: des randonnées dans les parques et autour de la Teide et des visites aux villes charmantes d'Orotava, El Puerto de la Cruz et San Cristóbal de La Laguna. La loueuse de l'appartement est très gentile. Recommandé à ceux qui veulent être à l'aise.

Spacieuse maison sur les hauteurs d'Icod el Alto

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour, dans l'appartement que nous avons loué cher Vanessa. Cette appartement au 2ème étage est lumineux, spacieux, propre, bien équipé, situé à 600m d'altitude dans un petit village paisible loin de la jungle urbaine. L'énorme centre commerciale "la Villa" de la Orotave est à 30 min en voiture mais une petite épicerie la RECOVA ouverte 7j/7j de 9h à 21h est situé en face de l'appartement. Dans le village banque, poste et un petit super marché sont à 100m de l'appartement. En 15 minute il est possible de rejoindre la TF5 l'une des deux autoroutes de Ténérife. Pensez cependant qu'à 600m d'altitude il fait plus frais que sur la cote, qui est un avantage en été, d'autant que la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Vanessa est charmante et nous a réserver un très bon accueil.

Maison spacieuse

Maison spatieuse, propre. Vanessa la propriétaire habite en dessous, elle est discrète et accueillante. Terrasse agréable. Il est indiqué un petit jardin dans l'annonce, on ne l'a pas vu... mais c'est pas bien grave. Icol el Alto est relativement bien situé. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu un minimum d'aliments de base : sel, sucre, huile d'olive ...

Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is goed

Zeer ruime bovenwoning gelegen in een klein, niet toeristisch, plaatsje. Schoon, goed ingericht, de keuken is goed voorzien alleen een waterkoker zou nog wel handig zijn. Let wel, alleen voor mensen die goed ter been zijn ivm met de vele trappen die men op moet. Aardige gastvrouw / gastheer spreken weinig Engels maar communiceren per e-mail / sms in het Engels gaat wel goed. Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.

A lovely spacious flat.

The flat was really nice and spacious and well equipped. However, because of its open plan nature, it was cold despite the owners lending us 2 heaters. It was up 4 flights of steep stairs so many people might find this a problem. It is also high up in the hills and access to and from other areas of the island is very difficult, even with a hire car. The owners were extremely kind and helpful
