“Nous avons passé 15 jours à l'hôtel. Bien sûr ce n'est pas parfait. Cuisine non équipée, isolation ancienne, mais la qualité globale est très bonne. Bons lits, grand appartement, beaucoup de services, deux piscines + 1 pour enfants, gym, tennis, ping pong. Un personnel aux petits soins. “What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. ”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”
