"Pool not very inviting, the hotel says it's 1 min away from el tepozteco. It is not. "

"The hotel is absolutely magical! Beautiful, stylish, spotless, friendly! Reception area is lovely, rooms huge, bed comfy, rooftop terrace with amazing views. Pool, 2 hottubs on roof. Free water, great shower, super quiet off main drag. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you for a great stay! "

"Wow. Truly a hidden gem perfect for a relaxing getaway. We chose the weekday trip as we heard it gets really busy in Tepotzlan over the weekends. The property is kept beautifully with tropical gardens and mountain views from the pool. The rooms have cozy patios with fireplaces and they deliver coffee and cookies every morning. The food in the restaurant was so good we ate every meal there vs taking a taxi into town. Hope to be back soon!"

"As all opinion this is my personal preference. Room is bad! No air conditioning, ants everywhere, tv is a joke (ridiculously small), ambient noise is too loud you can hear the conversations of staff in the kitchen down stairs imagine hearing what’s happening in the neighboring room. Worst for me, No darkness at night, bright light always on outside and curtains let all light come thru. Toilet has no door for it self, so if you close the bathroom you block entry to washing hands, luggage, shower etc, and the bed OMG so noisy! and if you don’t think this is bad enough the Interntet is almost not existent in the room. Totally not worth the price, the location is far away from downtown, like 3.4 kms away. Would not stay here again. "

"El hotel me llamó para decir que no había disponibles habitaciones que lo validara con expedía, ustedes enviaron correo confirmando lo dicho por el hotel y autorizaron cancelar, sin embargo, me cobraron y a la fecha estoy esperando su respuesta de cancelación y el reembolso pero ninguno de los 2 ha dado la cara, NO HONRAN LA RESERVA Y LA COBRAN"

"If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend staying here- dogs barking & motorcycles. The road to the property is unacceptable imho. The "cabins" are pretty small (unless you're a solo-traveler). The staff is super friendly. We liked the concept of the place but wouldn't return due to the noise factor and tight quarters."
