"Great hotel if you value cleanliness, friendly staff and awesome amenities. It was our first time in Seoul and the location also couldn’t be better. Near everything and right next to the train station for longer trips. "

"The roof top is super nice and the view is crazy. We can actually see the N Seoul towner. The weight room is great and got everything most ppl need. The location is close to subway line2 and 3. Less than 3min walk. "

"This hotel was in a nicely central location to food and sites. I booked the Family suite for my husband, myself and my 2 preteens. We had decent space to move around together. The bathroom was nice and big. Very clean rooms with daily housekeeping service to include fresh slippers daily. The front desk check-in was easy and the staff there was very helpful and understood English language. I recommend this hotel if you visit Seoul. "

"The women’s restroom were useable but some were falling into disrepair the shower curtains were ripped in some. Breakfast was very helpful and decent. The location however is excellent ! Very near the subway line and in the heart of Myeongdong ! There’s also a convenience store across the street, for food and water. "

"This the the second time I’ve stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul and it will definitely not be the last. The hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and friendly. Its location is very convenient with access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas Myeongdong and Namdaemun. I shall definitely book a stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul again."

"We had a great stay at the Royal hotel - the location was amazing fo first timers in Seoul - the airport taxi found it easily and it was steps away from the main hub of myendong - and there is a Starbucks and convenience store across the road. Check in was simple but the long lines for the lifts were a bit much. Our room was more spacious than it looked with a small seating area and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom amenities were excellent- the toilet was fabulous and the water pressure was perfect. There is a fridge in the room that we appreciated and used daily. We only had breakfast once and it was average at best for the price but the view while it was snowing was worth every penny ! (About £17 for a small buffet) The cleaning staff are wonderful and it was lovely to return back and have it so clean and tidy it was a highlight for us. I would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend to first time visitors to the area as it’s so accessible "
