Als Familienzimmer wurde ein Raum für Behinderte gegeben, der über kein brauchbares Waschbecken für Erwachsene ohne Behinderung (Stehend) verfügte. Das ist bei dem Preis nicht angemessen.

The property was clean. It was a distance away from the main town. You needed a vehicle to get into town. There was no lake view from the rooms only from the rooftop. Noise was audible from adjacent room.. at one point there was no water available to our room.

The room was disgusting. The bed had the box spring exposed without any cover directly on the floor and it was stained. Room had a sticky brown rug which had stains. Shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. Hairdryer was gross. The furniture was pealing. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

Spa works for those staying in the hotel during office hours.!irony when check in time for hotel is 3:00 pm and spa only opens until 4:30 pm with a 20 euros fees.Breakfast room is very busy with limited choices for food. Food not good at all. Rooms have pillows that are very uncomfortable. Don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel.
