「The pool was completely filthy, like it's never been cleaned. There was no cable on the TVS in the room and the room was dirty. There was also an elderly couple there. Trying to get a room and they went through three rooms before they got a clean one」

「I think the biggest issue is that they need more staff. There was one person doing breakfast and bless her heart she was running back and forth like crazy but had a very hard time keeping up. Our sink was super cracked! Like not just a little crack but like 5 major splits in it. I was almost afraid to use it. And the water never ever got hot. It was warm but not hot. My husband likes hot showers. I’m ok with warm, but it was barely warm. Also checkout is supposed to be 11, but they deactivated...
