We loved the friendly staff, cool old house and great service. Louiseville is very small but perfect stop for a leisurely drive between Montreal and Quebec exploring the countryside
So enjoyed speaking with the owner Rejean who is also a historian. He was very kind and the breakfast was delightful and he even accommodated an early time for us. A fantastic stay!
The host was very friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast.
The place brings you back in time: the old furniture, the old floor that whispers its age with every creak

The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. It’s a historic house which he lovingly restored and upgraded with modern conveniences. Lots of period details and antique touches throughout.
We highly recommend it and would gladly stay there next time we visit the area.
Lovely traditional bed and breakfast in an historic 100 year old home. Beds big and comfy. Quiet. Nice and tasty breakfast. Owner very friendly and helpful. A few eating places within walking distance.
Lovely historical house is restored with updated plumbing and utilities. Owner chef provides breakfast that is beautiful to look at and tasty with fresh, organic ingredients. Rooms are comfortable and pleasant. Slept like a baby!!
A unique house with very nice room.
The breakfast was delicious, served by the host himself. Also the conversation with the host and his valuable hints will remain in good memory. Thanks a lot.
Nice Victorian house with beautiful architecture in a quaint small town, close to many local businesses. Super friendly owner. Quality of bed linens superb. Served very healthy breakfast. Bathrobes and slippers were nice touches. Allows use of small fridge.
This is a traditional B&B in a traditional Quebec small town run by Rejean who is a real Quebecois - appreciated his insights into the history of the area. You will get a taste of rural Quebec, pace of life etc.
The home was built in the 1920s and has been kept largely intact. The room was very clean (we had a room with a sink but we had to share a toilet and shower with another guest at the end of the hall). Bed was comfortable. The decorating is eclectic. Breakfast was included and was very nice - egg, sausage, fruit, cheese.
Due to the age of the house, there are old antique keys for each room. Don't expect modern key cards or anything like that.
We chose this facility as a sleep stop on our way to PEI from Ontario. It was close to the highway and a good midway point for us. We stayed in a standard room on the way down and an upgraded suite with ensuite on our way back. Both worked well for us although my preference was the suite. They were very clean, well decorated in keeping with a century home with comfortable mattresses and linens. Breakfast was perfect size and offered fresh fruit as well as sausage and egg. Very delicious. Great rest stop for anyone looking for a comfortable sleepover.
