This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Recently Renovated in the heart of the city. Less than 15 min walk from both Nulu and Bardstown Road. 20+ restaurants and 8 different breweries less than a mile away. Plenty of places to sleep. Besides the beds pictured, there is loveseat with let out bed in master, futon in front room, and also a blowup mattress if needed. Perfect for anyone looking for last minute Derby housing! Only 10 minutes from Churchill Downs.

Welcome to our beautifully updated home that feels like new on the inside! With 3 cozy bedrooms and 5 comfortable beds, our space is perfect for families or groups of friends. We have 2 clean and modern bathrooms, ensuring that everyone can freshen up before heading out to explore.

But perhaps the best part of our home is the amazing backyard, complete with a firepit! Gather around the fire under the stars and share stories with your loved ones. It's the perfect way to wind down after a long day of exploring Louisville!

Owner was nice to work with and quick to respond to messages. I had high hopes based on that and the listing but was disappointed for a number of reasons. The kitchen is nice but the refrigerator and cabinets were full of other people’s partially eaten food. I filled two garbage cans with it and had to clean the frig. Most drawers and cabinets were full of lots of random stuff apparently left behind so we didn’t put anything in them - even in the shower. There’s a big greasy appliance on the kitchen counter and there was supposed to be a toaster but didn’t see it. No hooks in the hallway bathroom for towels or washcloths while showering so we had to lay them on the toilet or sink - and some towels had hairs on them. Front steps had loose bricks and the step up into the house is high. Garbage cans sat at the street the whole week and one had no lid. Aquestionable looking camper overlooked the outside back area so we never sat there.The listing says parking on site, but the day before we arrived I was told the driveway pictured doesn’t go with the house. Parking is on the street so that was misleading. If a group planned to eat out every night and just wanted a place to shower and sleep it’s fine. Several people wanting to watch tv at night eliminated that room as a bedroom so we put our air mattress in the front room by the sofa bed. Master bedroom was nice. It wouldn’t take much for this to be a top rate place to stay, but as is not worth the money.

Very well maintained house. Went to Louder than Life and it fit our needs perfectly! The host was very quick to respond to my questions and was very accommodating . Very nice part of town, very peaceful !

Very nice place! This is a surprisingly spacious and updated house. We never had any trouble getting a parking place right in the front. Host had great communication and was very friendly. We would definitely recommend! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I just think it could have been a little cleaner. For example, there was some hair on the bathroom counter. Don’t let that stop you! It’s a great place!

Perfect spot!

The house is so cute, very clean. It was exactly what we needed for our night in Louisville. We ubered to and from the concert at Fourth Street Live! It was quick and easy. Close to everything! Parking is ideal, spots right in front of the house. Felt safe and secure. Communication was stellar. Highly recommend! Hope to be back.

Weekend at Kentucky Kingdom

Very nice refurbished long house at the Irish Hill neighbor hoods. Super well stocked including coffee, soap and plenty of kitchen appliances. Well stocked bathrooms with shampoo towels, etc owner was chill and laid back and a great and easy going communicator. Would say exceptional overall with nice finishing touches including brand new stainless steel appliances and big screen tv’s with game consoles!

The house had a lot of nice little touches that really pushed into the 5 star range for me. Great coffee selection, lots of bourbon glasses, great TV room, plenty of linens and towels, and even a nice little backyard hangout spot (even though we didn’t have time to use it). Really great find in terms of location as well. It’s within walk of plenty of bars, breakfast, and dinner spots.

Cozy house with modern updates & a great location. House is bigger on the inside than it looks and was able to accommodate all of us. The owner communicated everything in a timely matter and made sure everything was smooth. Would stay here again!

Perfect location for Headerliner’s Music Hall

House was perfect for crashing after Headliner’s Music Hall concert. Super close to venue. Owner was extremely responsive and understanding. Directions were clear and bed situation was clearly explained. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfy up to date house

We loved this house , It was super nice ! It was my husband and I, Our 14 year old daughter and my three teenaged nieces. We loved the big comfy swivel chair in the front room, So much that I want to buy one now. The teenage girls loved the first room with the Xbox and big TV, and the cool lighting , We also brought our Nintendo switch and it was easy to set up , the girls had a great time in the “cool hang out room” and they actually all fell asleep in the same room , even though there was plenty of places to sleep , but they hung out until they dropped and slept good were they we’re . The house has Alexa and plenty of differnt streaming apps to watch . My husband and I slept in the main bedroom and let me tell you I was very excited when I noticed it had an adjustable bed , it was nice and now I want one , I also loved the shower it was huge and had a built in bench to sit down which was nice and made scrubbing my feet easier lol The back yard was complete with a privacy fence with the cutest night time lights and a nice outdoor table fire pit , which was super nice sitting out there after the kids laid down and cuddling in front of the fire before we went to bed . And I was thankful for the keurig in the morning There’s plenty of parking in the lot across the street just be careful crossing it’s on a curve and hard to tell if cars are coming until they speed past you , , but there’s two street parking spots in front of the house if you catch them empty and parking n ally

Great space

This was a great space and very spacious with a decent size back yard. The home was clean and well equipped with everything that was needed for our stay. It was a very spacious place overall and we really enjoyed it. The backyard was great for the kids to play in but the front of the home is on a bit of a busy road just something to be aware of if you have little kids who like to open the doors.

Cute clean place!

We came down to go to Kentucky downs for my birthday and needed a place to crash. This home was perfect! Easy to get to (about 15 min from the Race track). Home was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were perfect. It was a delight to have coffee and creamer especially on a Sunday checkout when finding a coffee shop can be hard! Tres was so easy to communicate with and gave us all the instructions beforehand. We had no issues! Hope everyone else enjoys this home as much as we did!
