It was unique how terrible the staff was. Customer service clearly was not in their job description. Front desk lady had no manners or sense of urgency with customers. Took 15mins of me standing at the front desk calling out for someone to come help. Whole time she was in the back wasting time. Never again will i stay or recommend this to anyone and im always traveling to the Expo center right behind the building. Isnt it unique how one unworthy employee can lose so much revenue ?

Checked into our room, walked in and there was roaches everywhere so I booked a new hotel, went to the front desk for a refund. They were not surprised that the room was infested. They told me they couldn’t refund me and that we had to wait for a manager the next day, so we called back and was hung up on and told we could not get a refund.

Bed bugs in room, we didn’t stay we left as soon as we saw them. The hotel charged our card twice and hadn’t refunded us. Filthy room, filthy establishment and stunk!

Late to the weed party
It took a hour and a half longer to get my room ready. They were short staffed. So I waited in my car in the parking lot for that time. But when I went into the main lobby to check in, the whole lobby smelled very, very strong of weed. It was a no smoking hotel and I believe the smell was from an employee and not a person staying there.

Worst experience ever. Cockroaches in the hotel room. The place is unsafe and should be shut down. One call to the health department might do that. Hotel staff thought it was funny at first but then realized how serious that matter was. Jeff was the only staff member that cared. There was a new front desk person each day and they were no help.

I liked the hotel. It was very spare but clean and there was a great restaurant across the street, Tikka Taco (Indian/Mexican, good Margaritas). There is a laundry room on the first floor and a lobby. There was a locked door before you entered the room hallway. However, it is on a highway. So, if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in, go elsewhere.

Not only did the hotel have an odor but Our room smelled like cigarettes and something else. We couldn’t pin point that smell. The room was clean but damaged furniture. Not like a normal hotel. I asked for an extra towel, couldn’t give it to me because I was not a part of the linen package?? Woke up to a cockroach on the floor. Also woke up at 7:30am to a phone vibrating each morning, like someones alarm going off but never found a phone. But it definitely was in the room and it was not our phone.

Drug dealer in the parking lot and homeless encampment right by the parking lot. No breakfast at all, security doors were almost impossible to open at times. Main desk was closed far more than it was open.

They gave us a room already occupied so we were able to walk into someone else’s room. This caused us to constantly be worried about ourselves and our belongings. Our room keys didn’t work the first 2 times. So we had to go back and have them fix them. There was no toilet paper or even a place to put it when we finally got a roll. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and never got clean towels or wash clothes. The floors we not swept, the same piece of garbage laid on the floor the hole time we were there in the hallway, the sheets were dirty and that’s all we had 2 sheets no blankets, the fridge hadn’t been wiped out there was something spilled in it. The bathtub had a brown film around the inside that hot water washed most away, No working ice machine and they had empty vending machines. After 10pm there is no one available to help if you needed anything. Even if you call the # it says to call. It was close to place we needed to be at but it definitely wasn’t worth the cost and the fear of our safety. Very disappointing.
