Great little place

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was perfect, small, but very clean and the backyard was private and quiet, perfect to relax at the end of the day and let kids run around

Cozy house for a couple or a family!

This house was very cute and very cozy. Shower pressure good. All rooms very clean. Bed comfortable enough for two large-bodied folks. Cute backyard. Kitchen clean. Location good - close enough to Louisville to do whatever you want!

Festival home!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. My wife and I were in town for a much needed vacation to a music festival! This home was clean and welcoming. The yard and sitting area outside was lovely. And the home itself was well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. It was so nice to be away from the festival traffic but close enough to get to it. Not to mention coming home to a nice hot shower and comfy bed! Thank you again to our hosts. Fantastic place! We will be back!

Great Location

Property met our needs perfectly. We traveled with our 2 dogs and the fenced in backyard was great so they could be off leash. There is a nice park with a walking trail about a mile down the road we would walk to with our dogs. There are plenty of restaurants close by and it is a short drive into Louisville. The only negative was it could have been a little cleaner. There was food left in the air fryer and towels left in the dryer as well as most of the silverware was still in the dishwasher. You could tell that some of the furniture had not been dusted in a while. I notified the property manager about the issues and got a quick reply and said that the tenants before us had left the property in really bad shape and the cleaning crew didn't have enough time to get everything done before we arrived. Overall a pretty decent place to stay.

Great dog friendly place to stay

Laura was very accommodating during our stay! Anything we needed, she responded right away! She even brought us coffee and chocolates! We loved the fully fenced yard! We will be back to stay next time we are in the area and will recommend to all our friends!

We enjoyed our stay but the cleanliness was questionable. Cleanliness is one reason we stopped using hotels. So it most important to us. Our host was very helpful and always got back quickly.

Cute clean space great location!

The inside of the house is beautiful, clean, modern and cozy! There are TVs in every room which is nice, and the furniture is all very comfortable. The games were a nice touch and we enjoyed the outdoor swing and TV! The location is only 20 minutes from downtown Louisville so it was great for getting to town quickly and still in a quiet area!
