Poor communication

The property owner did not communicate at all with me during our stay. We had to take a cold shower the first night due to the hot water not working. VRBO was not allowed to reach out to the owner only during certain hours. I requested permission to check in 20-30 minutes early; that request went ignored and wasn't granted. The shower upstairs was dirty and full of someone's hair. The location was good, however, not far from downtown and other attractions as described.

We had a nice time in Louisville for the Clemson football game. The host, the townspeople and the business people were all most welcoming. This house is perfectly located in great for a weekend stay.

Beautiful home in a great location. Lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to travel easily to and from the home to explore different parts of the city. We loved our stay here!

Overall a great property, spacious and good location. Street parking could be tricky at times. The cleaning needed some attention, there were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, the ceiling fans had lots of dust on them and the bathrooms were not very clean. The upstairs bathroom had stains in it, everything was dusty, sink looked like it had not been cleaned, and did not have a good smell. The host was not very responsive, the water never got hot, only warm.

The house was clean and everything worked as described. We didnt partake in the winery activities but did hit a few local restaurants that were very good! Quiet neighborhood also!
