“房間還算乾淨，但偏老舊。一樓酒吧的bar tender非常非常nice。小缺點是周邊有點不方便”

“Staff was excellent. Airport shuttle was so helpful, no parking problems at airport.”

“Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. ”

“We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. They hadto bring a chair for us.noticed room cold found a window open .there was only one partial roll toilet paper no extra one.again had to ask for another roll there was……

“Under remodeling, only expensive Bistro with limited hours so no complimentary coffee.”

“Breakfast was terrible limited choices. Out of coffee Had to ask turn things back on even though breakfast wasn’t over yet. And all in construction and the halls and rooms are in poor shape ”

“Room was adequate for the money. Property looks better on the outside than in. Breakfast was average. ”

“I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). ”

“I booked a two-night stay here but checked out after the first night because the room was in unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the room clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet, the pillowcases were dirty, and many surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The window was open with no screen, which made it feel unsafe and unsanitary. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room usable. I even had to stand on a towel……

“I attempted to check in when i made reservation to sleep there for the night and no one was at front desk neither did they answer the phone when i called reservations center to transfer call to the office”

“non smoking room smells like cigarettes. towels had yellow stains. did not feel very safe ”
