Excellent all round.

Fantastic experience and trip. Since we booked the trip Mark has been very hospitable and answered any questions we had a timely manner. We’ve stayed previously within the complex but our first visit to this apartment and we’ll definitely be back. Big spacious rooms and you’re able to walk right into the well groomed gardens and into the pool from the rear patio door. Very clean overall and with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the walk into the Marina a couple of times a day and we also hired a car, but it’s not really necessary at this apartment. Obrigado Mark.

Séjour agréable autonome et paisible

Best time ever

The apartment is exactly as described. It's a very conservative condo, very quiet and comfortable. It's very well equipped. The only thing missing is a coffee machine. The perfect place to take a true rest in the middle of Vilamoura. The owner is very present and trust worthy. After COVID lockdown, this was the perfect place to keep safe. We'll be back, for sure.

Outstanding !

This apartment is excellent. It is modern, spacious, well furnished and with excellent appliances so is ideal for self caterers. It is in a great spot within the complex, on the ground floor and close to the pool area which whilst I was staying was very quiet. The whole area is quiet. Location is good, quite a short walk to the Marina and the centre of Vilamoura for shops and restaurants. It is also close to the golf courses and would make an ideal place to stay for a golfing holiday. The owner was very helpful before and during my stay and answered a couple of queries I had very quickly, and also allowed me to check in early and check out late which helped me a lot.

Great Apartment

Spent two weeks in October at this apartment on the ground floor. Very clean and spacious and of high standard within a small complex . Pool was great, a few footsteps away from apartment. Easy walking distance to the Marina where you will find lots of restaurants to choose from, family golf also nearby which is worth a visit. Taxis cost between 4 and 7 Euros depending on the time of day / night you use them. Would return to this apartment again. Communication with Mark the owner was great. Has no one was in the apartment prior to our arrival we were able to enter the apartment a lot earlier than 14:00hrs which was a bonus has we had an early morning flight. Thank you so much Mark for this.

Fantastic apartment

We’ve stayed at Praia Village on 2 previous occasions, but having this ground floor apartment made our holiday even more enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything you could need . The owner was always prompt in communicating and kindly accommodated our early check in. A fantastic apartment in very well maintained grounds with a great swimming pool. We’ll definitely be back.

A wonderful second stay at Apt.J

Our family of 3 returned to Apt.J again this year as we enjoyed it so much last year. Mark arranged our private transfer from the airport which made it hassle free (especially with a toddler). We were able to get in to the apartment early as no one had been staying the day before. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds and travel cot were all made up ready. Our little one absolutely loved the pool area and being on the ground floor it was such easy access. We love that the complex never feels too crowded and is in a quiet area of vilamoura. Mark was very helpful with queries we had during our stay and I couldn’t fault his communication with us prior to the holiday either. A stress free and very relaxing holiday! Just what we needed. We will most definitely be back to stay. Thankyou so much to Mark and his wife for allowing us to stay in their apartment for a second time. Charlie, Carl and Freddie

Great apartment and great stay

Just had an 8 day stay here, which was great. Communication with the owner prior to the holiday was second to none and even had to contact him during the stay, which had a swift response. The apartment was on the ground level, meaning you can come and go as you wish, rather than cart all your stuff down to the pool each day. The apartment gets the sun until around 5.30pm - good for sun lovers. There is shade around the pool area if you need it and the patio area gets the shade from about 12ish. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and exactly as the photos show. The place is very quiet. We went 1 week prior to the schools breaking up (which was very quiet). The second part of the week got busier but there were always beds around the pool available at all times of day and rarely was the pool full. Villamoura itself was a good 20 mins walk each evening which we didn't mind - where most of the restaurants are.

Exceeded expectations

Loved our stay at Praia Village and have already booked our return stay. We felt very safe on the complex and the kids made many friends and spent all day playing around the pool leaving the adults to relax. The apartment exceeded our expectations and if anything I didn't think the photo's did it justice.

Excellent property rental in Praia Village.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for 10 days in June 2018. Apartment was very well equipped and spacious. Ideally located on the ground floor with access to the pool area on your doorstep. Very clean and well maintained. Close proximity to the beach and marina. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental. Very happy.

Excellent stay in a comfortable apartment.

Hello Mark, We are back in France after two lovely weeks in Vilamoura. Your apartment and its environment correspond perfectly to the description that you gave in. It was spotless and met our expectations. No problems with the equipments, that were all in excellent condition. So a very good impression. Some suggestions: 1 In good weather, we used to take our meals on the terrace. The outdoor table is a little 'tired'. A supple and washable tablecloth would be good. 2 We only had a general map of the Algarve. It would be useful to find in your apartment, a Vilamoura / Quarteria plan that allows us the first day to orient ourselves more easily. For example we have not managed to find the tourist office. Some informations for golfers: We played 6 times the nearest golf courses (Oceanico Millennium and Laguna - 3km, Pine Cliffs between Vilamoura and Albuferia - 6km, and Salgados west of Albuferia -20km). Prices are quite high but if you play in the afternoon (twilight optional) you pay ½ price, what becomes very interesting. The Balahia be avoided except for beginners. In conclusion excellent stay in a comfortable apartment. Thank you Mark
