For shared use: property 950 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn. Private: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Public parking. Supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 650 m, bus stop 750 m, railway station "Loulé" 4.8 km, sandy beach "Quarteira" 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4.4 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (27 hole) 1 km, tennis 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 2.1 km, Casino Vilamoura 5.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Nice villa

The Villa was lovely very clean the only think I would say is maybe needs some bits in the cupboards such as salt pepper etc. kitchen had all we needed and beds were comfortable. The lady lives next door so check in was fine and check out was good too. The lady came and checked all over before we left which I prefer. Great stay
