“The property is old, tired and needs updating. Even when we had caterers come round they made comments about it and said ‘goodluck- you will find nothing works in this house’. The balcony doors are broken and you can’t open the only access to air for certain rooms. The bathrooms are all cracked and there’s no amount of cleaning that will make them better. The company asks for an excessive deposit ‘incase of breakages’ but to be honest I am not sure what they are protecting . They pick and choose……
