Do not expect luxury. The hotel is a little outdated and basic, however I can’t say enough good things of the owner/administrator. He is extremely kind and helpful The hotel is walking distance to the Cathedral and very safe to walk around at any time.

The location is very good to access the sanctuary. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included parking is a bit far away (250m uphill), but street parking is easy to find nearby and free overnight. The facilities are a bit old, but clean. Included breakfast was also very good. The overall value for price is very good. A great option if all you are looking for is a place to sleep while visiting the sanctuary.

Value for money

No air conditioner . Breakfast was bread,butter , jam , hot drinks.and one croissant only this can improve with better choices otherwise good

I was greeted kindly upon arrival and allowed to check in early which I appreciated greatly. Unfortunately the place wasn’t too clean, I found that my towels were stained and one side of one of my pillows also had some unsavoury marks. I also ended up with some itchy bites on my legs, so there is possibly a problem with bed bugs. Lastly, dispite my checkout being 17.00, the cleaner came in at 11.00am without knocking, and despite the fact that I had the please do not disturb sign on the door. This made me feel rushed to leave and wasn’t a great end to the stay. I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

This property is located just about 12 minutes walk to Our Lady of Lourdes Sanctuary. Restaurants nearby . I would like to give 5 star to this but was just disappointed the fact that there’s no AC on oir room . It’s summer here right now ang it’s super hot . We have one fan and I requested one more fan free of charged . The receptionist/ owner Isiaac was very very helpful , friendly and very pleasant to talk to . He help us find a ride from the train station ( we arrived late a night cause our train got delayed due to some constructions. Isiaac also help us to get a Taxi to go to the airport By the way , just FYI be careful riding the access elevator going to our the Sanctuary. There’s a lot of pickpocket ( very beautiful ladies). My Mom was victimized by this people. We were on our way back to the Hotel after the Procession it’s around 10:30’ish . So there’s a lot of us walking upthe hill going to our hotel. There’s a lot of Hotel up there. My mom was with my sister in law and this beautiful young woman barged into the elevator to catch the ride most of us are bit old and few are young (maybe those are her partners ) she kinda separate my mom from my sister in law . Because the elevator was so cramped my mom just feel some hand movement but didn’t realized that this lady already took her coin purse and shade.she’s talking to my mom and all I can hear is “ stop yeah “ .i don’t know if that’s there call sign or something . Careful with ur belongings especially ur passport.

La struttura è un po' datata e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Posso dire, però, che se si cerca una sistemazione spartana ed economica per due notti al massimo va più che bene. Noi siamo stati solo una notte e abbiamo solo dormito quindi non avevamo bisogno di altro. La camera molto datata e con pochi servizi però sembrava pulita. La vista eccezionale visto che vedevamo il castello di Lourdes. La posizione eccellente vicino al centro e al santuario che ai raggiunge a piedi in 3 minuti. La possibilità di parcheggiare gratis la macchina è un plus non indifferente... Non posso valutare la colazione perché abbiamo deciso di farla altrove. Riassumendo lo consiglio per soggiorni brevi se si cerca una soluzione economica per passare la notte con possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente. Per soggiorni più lunghi valorerei altre opzioni.

Très correct avec parking et à 2 pas du sanctuaire

Hôtel situé à 5 min à pied du sanctuaire avec parking privé (situé à 400 mètres sur la colline ça se mérite mais en même temps vu le peu de places de parking disponibles aux abords du sanctuaire et le tarif appliqué on est content d'avoir ce parking ) surtout que la gendarmerie passe régulièrement pour les amendes. Ascenseur disponible dans l'hôtel Certes l'hôtel est ancien, c'est pas le grand standing mais c'est suffisant si juste de passage pour quelques nuits en famille. Petit déjeuner correct : thé café infusion, céréales, jus d'orange, viennoiseries (décongelées et cuites sur place comme le pain) madeleines, fruits(pommes), beurre confiture, brioche et pain de mie. En sortant de l'hôtel vous avez à 20 mètres de celui ci, un ascenseur qui vous conduit vers le sanctuaire donc en 5 min à peine, vous éviter les nombreux escaliers et c'est idéal pour se balader en famille et accéder au sanctuaire, boutiques souvenirs et restaurants.
