Only 1 (one)! bath towel per room!! Homeless people all around the property, one homeless lady was in and out of the lobby area picking up free coffee, stir sticks etc. Guest or worker(?) standing outside by door entry smoking some sort of drug, possibly marijuana. Heater in the room had a bad smell. We had 3 night reservation but requested our money back after checking in. Not comfortable surrounds!!

The homeless situation around the hotel was very uncomfortable. Room wasn’t clean and only came with bathroom towel. When asked for another towel was told they didn’t have any. Microwave was dirty. Hotel staff did finally come and clean room while we were out for supper.

The whole place smelled. They only had 1 towel per hotel room. My biggest issue was that the light in the pool disconnected and there was a long wire attached to it which could have been dangerous. In general, the property was very poorly maintained. Checked out and went elsewhere. Some of the characters in the hotel were questionable as well. Bed mattress was very old and would have been very uncomfortable. Overall very disappointed.

The bathroom floor was sticky, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls, the bedroom walls were dirty, there was garbage behind the night stand, the sheets and towels were stained and had holes, they only provided one bath towel so we had to ask for more for the four of us, when they gave us more towels, they gave us two more towels and another bath mat that they thought was a towel, the hot tub had hair all over in it, the chair was stained and dirty, for breakfast the drink options were small things of bottled water (was the tap water not safe to drink?) yogurt sized containers of apple juice, or coffee. Really, the only positive thing I could say about the place was that the staff was not rude.

We checked in. There was only one bath towel in the room. No hand towels or wash cloths. The room smelled like human urine. The sheets and bedding also had stains on them. Very gross. Bathroom floor was sticky as well.

We had to ask for a different room and the 2nd wasn't any better!! Disgusting and if we weren't so tired we would have left!!! There was blood squirted in several places, sheets were dirty! Hadn't been vacuumed in only God knows how long, seriously!!! I had to clean the bathroom twice...just to pee!!! AND!!!!! No towels...no pool or hot tub, which they were advertising!!!

Thank you for the feedback. We did speak in depth with your husband during checkout, we will be addressing your concerns with the appropriate departments. Our pool and hot tub are temporarily closed due to remodeling. There has been a sign posted for several days, informing guest of the work being performed. We would like to mention, that there is a sign posted at the front desk, that any guest at anytime can request additional towels/linen. It was a pleasure being able to discuss the issues with your husband in person.

You get what you pay for
Front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful pleasant. Rooms were filthy. Carpet had holes broken tiles in bathroom lamps not working properly. Booked the hotel for the advertised hot tub, both pool and hot tub were closed for “maintenance”. Don’t stay here if you are intimidated by sketchy crowds!

There is a sign posted in several areas of the hotel, that the pool/hot tub area are temporarily closed for a remodeling. We do apologize if you felt intimidated, we haven't had any issues or other complaints regarding this matter. We do have staff onsite for 24 hours and will immediately address all concerns.

Cheaper to do it right!
Worst stay ever! I fell on the ice in the parking lot area. It had a couple inches of mixed snow and ice that apparently nobody bothered to take care of. It cost me three days of work because I can’t do my job if I’m injured and not 100%. Now I’m seeking legal counsel to get what I have coming to me

Thank you for your feedback. We have staff onsite 24/hours. We have a professional contractor that handles the removal of snow/ice, which was performed during and after the most recent snow. I remember seeing you in the lobby several times before checking out and nothing was addressed or discussed regarding your review with a Manager, Maintenance or Staff. I also specifically remember having a conversation directly with you regarding being parked incorrectly and even at that point, nothing to the sort was mentioned.

I didn't like how the eggs messed up my stomach. Last two days there all the sudden no hot tub, my bathroom sink drain didn't work, had to open the toilet myself to fix the chain that came off and the building as well as my room constantly freaked of marijuana. And out of sausage and good oatmeal the last 2 days.

Very disappointing. Booked a room that sleeps 5 for our family. The sofa sleeper was broken, literally no springs in half of it! Got two towels, and were told when asking for more the owners need to buy some and they may not have more. One comforter was completely stained with blood or something dark. Half of the outlets didnt work. Breakfast was VERY limited to yogurt and eggs. Pool was locked. It was snowing up there when we stayed and the sidewalks were not shoveled. Suggest looking elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We will address these issues mentioned with the appropriate departments. I would like to mention, our pool/hot tub area is locked 24/7. There is a sign on the door, requesting all guest retrieve a key to enter from the front desk. This is a safety measure. Our pool hours are from 6am -10pm. I do apologize if you felt our breakfast was lacking, but we do not serve yogurt, never have. Daily we have waffles, sausage, eggs, breakfast burritos and oatmeal.

Just dirty
We checked in, and checked out 90 minutes later. The room was gross. I pulled the bedside table out to plug my charger in, and I found absolute filth behind the table. The hotel itself seems pretty run down, no judgement there. The front desk workers was good, professional, and personable.

The room was not too small. Parking was easy. Check in was simple and quick. The bed was not comfortable, Shower/tub was stained. Dog in room next to me barked from 1:15 AM on. Checked out at 5:30 AM because why just sit in a room. Traffic to get out of the parking lot was a nightmare. Electrical seems to be an issue. Lights both outside the facility flashed constantly and the lights in my room went from low to high output while on. This gave me a head ache so I left the lights off. Showering in the dark is something I have not had to do in a long time.

The pool closes at 8! the pool was freezing cold! the bathroom was falling apart! the bed slid off the metal box spring which I slammed my shin into! the place was straight up dirty! We had to leave the next day! Staff however was super friendly! Thats the only thing I can say that was good about that place!

The curtains in room had holes in them, very dirty, bathroom ceiling had black mold, holes in the floor of our friends room conjoining ours. Food for breakfast was always empty- no one would check it and guests were always asking for them to fill at 8am. 2 towels for 3 guests in room………

We checked into this hotel late at night. Only one of our beds was made up the other had the dirty blankets and sheets on top of the bed. When I went to ask someone if they could make up the other bed, she handed me a blanket and sheet, and it told me to do it myself. the bathroom had hair all over the counter and the drain in the bathtub was filled with hair as well. The next morning when I asked them to please clean the room, they only made the beds in the bathroom was left as it is still not cleaned. Zero stars! This place was disgusting! Also, all of the staff looked very young, and very unprofessional.

Pictures posted on Hotel.com site are deceiving. This places is worn down and unkept. - Stained sheets/bedcover - Poorly maintained facility - Shower curtain too short and not adjustable - water flows all over bathroom during shower - You can hear traffic all through the night
