Casa Colorado is centrally located in the heart of Loveland and a 15 minute drive from Fort Collins.
This one bedroom, roof-top guest suite is a private haven that's perfect for a romantic stay or business trip.
The unique suite is up the stairs with a roof-top deck and expansive windows overlooking Loveland.
You'll feel right at home with all the amenities you need to relax, unwind or adventure out!
A king-size bed adorns the master bedroom and a queen size pull-out couch is available as well.

-Casa Colorado has natural privacy.
-It's located up the stairs on the second floor of a detached building in our backyard.
-The backyard is not a doggy bathroom. Guest need to walk their dogs around the block or to the park.
-Enjoy your coffee on a private deck that overlooks Loveland and is the perfect spot to watch the sun come up.

You'll have access to your private suite that comes equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay including:
-washer/dryer
-shower/tub
-stove/oven
-refrigerator
-full kitchen complete with cooking basics
-starter supplies with a small amount of dish soap, hand soap, three Tide pods for washing clothes.

The host lives in the house in front of the short term rental.

Casa Colorado is in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Loveland with several close by parks and many amenities a very short drive away.

We have plenty of free street parking.

While you're our guest, consider renting a paddle board or kayak right in our backyard. During the summer months, our family runs Wave Rentals and enjoys outfitting adventurers of all ages so they can enjoy the waters of one of our local lakes. Boyd lake is just a few miles from Casa Colorado. During the winter months guest will need to clear their own snow for a walking path, on the south side of the house.

Walk to Benson Sculpture Park

This property worked extraordinarily well for a two night stay. Everything as pictured and described. Everything we needed was there and ready for us. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and nearby park. Internet access was fast and we were able to get work done quickly and had time to relax and watch a movie. Thanks, Steve!

Peaceful and comfortable

THIS PLACE PUT THE LOVE IN LOVELAND!

FIRST OF ALL.. WE HAD NEVER USED VRBO BEFORE, SO THIS FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL! NOW.. ABOUT OUR STAY! MY FIANCE AND I MOVED OUR ENTIRE LIVES FROM NORTH CAROLINA TO LOVELAND, COLORADO IN ORDER TO BUILD A MUSIC FESTIVAL. WE WERE MEANT TO STAY ONLY 1 MONTH, BUT WOUND UP STAYING 2 WEEKS LONGER, AND I AM SO HAPPY THAT IT WAS HERE! THE OWNERS OF THE RENTAL WERE SO KIND, SO VERY HELPFUL, AND MADE US FEEL LIKE THIS WAS OUR HOME. THE VIEWS OF THE SUNRISE EVERY MORNING WERE MAGICAL, THE COMFORT OF THE LOFT WAS AMAZING, AND WE HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE NEEDED! THE LOCATION TO DOWNTOWN LOVELAND WAS PERFECT, ONLY A FEW SHORT MINUTES DRIVE AWAY, AND NOT A LONG DRIVE TO FT. COLLINS EITHER.THE BENSON SCULPTURE GARDENS ARE LITERALLY A 3 MINUTE WALK AWAY, AND YOU CAN GAZE AT THE MOUNTAINS FROM YOUR KITCHEN WINDOW OR FROM THE BALCONY. Casa Colorado in Loveland

The Casa was perfect for our stay! It is close to the Benson Sculpture garden where my artist husband was displaying his art. The location was easy to get to. The Casa was very private and had lovely views of the morning sunrise. All of the necessary amenities were provided. The inside was spotless. We had friends stay with us a few nights on the sofa bed. They said it was very comfortable. Our bed was also great. We cooked breakfast and did some laundry and it was just like home. Steve was an excellent host! Communication was prompt and accommodating. I have only wonderful things to say about our stay. We plan to return next year. I highly recommend this property! You could not ask for a better experience!

NoCo Home Base or Getaway

Casa Colorado is a comfortable, quiet stay with easy access to anything you might want to do in NoCo. It's just a short walk to the famous Benson Sculpture Garden if you want to stretch your legs and see a unique Loveland attraction. Steve was a great and responsive host with a refreshingly short list of checkout requests. This is an easy recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, neighborhood experience.

Steve has done a great job making this property a clean and comfortable experience. The space is nicely laid out - plenty of square feet in each of the rooms. The finishing are nice and the decor is homey and neat. Steve’s communication was superb. We had no issues at all. We like a home base that allows us to sight see but also hunker in for the evening watching tv and this was the perfect fit.

Cozy stay!!!

My husband and I came to Colorado to explore the Rocky Mountains and we found this listing. It is so cute and cozy! It had everything we needed and was in a great neighborhood. Steve was awesome and made sure our needs were met and even went as far to give us some personal recommendations for places to go. We had lots of privacy and freedom to come and go as we pleased. There’s so much to see and do around this area whether it’s in Loveland or Fort Collins. Definitely recommend!!

Great stay!

This was a great place for me to stay while I helped my parents who lived just around the corner. It's in a great neighborhood and the sculpture park down the street is such a great place for a walk! Steve was very easy to communicate with and checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed.

Perfect family vacation

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The yard was beautiful, nice and relaxing plus the kids were excited to see a trampoline. The inside was just as advertised. It was clean and I didn't cringe when my kids walked around bare foot. And the most important thing of all, the bed was very comfortable! Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. I would stay here again next time I'm in town.

This is what you're looking for!

Steve and his family have done an amazing job setting up their rental. The pictures, while accurate, didn't do the apartment justice. Its a wonderful, comfortable and well appointed place. The only thing we couldn't find, and would suggest be added, is a guest book/journal. The apartment is easy to find and Steve made it really easy for us to get inside and settled. We wont ever need to look for another place to stay while in Loveland, although I have a feeling it will be hard to find this place unoccupied. This is what VRBO rentals all strive to be, Steve has nailed it!

Would Stay Here Again

Worked great for our visit to the area for CSU Orientation. Just under 15 minute easy drive to Fort Collins. Nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to very cool sculpture Park. Host was communicative and property was as advertised.
