Pros: Nice walkable area. Spacious home. Ample parking. Easy check in and out. Cons: Dirty bed linens (unknown spot on duvet; hairs in bed. I washed them and found that the dryer lint trap had the equivalent of a small cat in lint trap) Scuzzy furniture (spots on all and sofa smelled like dog). Hairs on floor in bathroom. Dirty floors in general (clumps of outdoor dirt, eyelash, earring backing, Dorito, etc.) Kitchen not as set up for cooking as I assumed (rusty and dirty cookie sheets; rusty skillets; non-stick pots flaking; no salt or pepper (but there were other spices available); melted plastic cooking utensils; no bowls to cook with. I went to local Goodwill to grab some items. New stairs to upper level moved when going up and down. Turns out they aren’t attached to the wall on one side. Outdoor space not really usable as the furniture looks unsafe (broken). Communication: Automated to the point where my replies to the automated messages were never replied to. I didn’t bother sending messages about the condition of the home because of that. Place is fine for the price. We made do.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we were in town for work and brought our dogs along. The house was clean and all the furniture was so comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was a good spot for our dogs, there is a really great dog park just a few minutes away. The street was very quiet and added to how relaxing it was to be at this house. There were a lot of restaurants and neat shops nearby. Seth made the check in process very simple and he was easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again.

Cute home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Close to some very good restaurants and shops. Would recommend this home and would be happy to stay again!

Location for bike riders is ideal since it’s 3 blocks from bike trail. Also great for access to Loveland restaurants and night life. Layout is odd, master bedroom is in previous entry room, bathroom / laundry has outside door from driveway, but it worked for us. Would be fine for family with school aged children to use upstairs or young adults/couples using 2 bedrooms upstairs. Main entry needs stepping stones or sidewalk to avoid entry through grass/ mud. No dining table-just 2 separate high top tables with 2 seats each. Only 4 sets silverware.

Old cottage home in a quaint town. Spacious downstairs, close quarters and low ceilings upstairs. Was a bit musty and dusty. Minimal furniture but has the necessities. Wide kitchen window faces neighbor’s house & driveway. Ants were visible in the kitchen and bathroom (seasonal perhaps). Owner was helpful and rate seemed appropriate for location and duration of stay.

House was perfect for what we needed. Layout was a bit quirky but location and neighborhood and close to downtown was perfect. Had to step away from the listing at the last min very unexpected and the host was good to work with giving a full refund.

We had family in out of town, the house was perfect for them. The 3 bedrooms were just enough for the six of them with comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with the cookware available and we were able to enjoy the coffee that was available in the kitchen

The cottage is older but comfortably furnished. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived for a 2-night stay while in town for my granddaughter’s baby shower. The evenings were rainy and cold, so we enjoyed the electric fireplace under the tv in the living room. We had very good internet service. There is one bedroom on the main floor which my son used. He is recovering from a broken back and can’t manage stairs easily. The two bedrooms upstairs are reached by a narrow, steep staircase, which is a potential problem for guests with any mobility issues. As I am over 70 and have “mechanical” issues of my own, I wasn’t comfortable using those stairs…especially at night if I needed to use the bathroom on the first floor. I ended up sleeping on the sofa downstairs, which was pretty comfy though not ideal.

Absolutely Loved this Lovely VRBO in Loveland

When we first stumbled upon this VRBO house, it seemed too good to be true! I knew there must be a catch! Nope – everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Overall, the house’s size, amenities, and proximity to the Cincinnati and Kings Island amusement park came at a great price. On top of this, the host made the entire process as smooth as possible (and honestly easier than any other hotel or VRBO I have ever had). This VRBO host went above and beyond to make our visit to Cincinnati comfortable and memorable.

This place was definitely in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Upon entry and throughout the stay we could smell a musty smell. We were unable to use the upstairs since there was no bathrooms up there and the stairs felt unsafe. Cobwebs & bugs were on the ceiling in the kitchen. Listing states Tano Bistro and other restaurants were 6 blocks away, more like 30 min drive. I also object to being asked to give 5 stars to keep his rating. If there were more honest reviews, we would not have stayed there! Unsatisfactory.

Nice for a night or two

Went with friends, just stayed overnight. Hard to see how 6 people could be accommodated with only one bathroom and limited dining seating. We were fine, but I wouldn't have wanted more people. Stairs were very, very steep - could be an issue. Overall, a decent overnight experience. Thought it was nuts we were expected to wash and put away our own dishes, though.

Krista, your house in Loveland gave me a “home base” to connect with folks I have not seen in 2-4 years. We were in town to celebrate a new baby and mom to be, but snuck in visits all over town. Your welcome was gracious, the house was super clean and well put together, we enjoyed our time in town with your help!
