「I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, it's a very quiet area convenient to stores and food. There's a walking trail behind the hotel, and indoor pool. Staff was very friendly and eager to help at every turn. If I'm ever near Portland, MI again I'll definitely stay here.」

「The room I was assigned had an unpleasant odor. I explained that to Casey and she immediately assisted me in finding another, acceptable room. Casey was great!
Travelers should know that Sparks by Hilton is a “no frills “ motel. So no note pen or pen in the room. No coffee pot in the room. Be sure to grab a cup from the 24 hour coffee area near the lobby because there isn’t one in your room.
