The Space:
This thoughtfully designed lakefront home offers a spacious and comfortable layout ideal for a relaxing getaway. The large living room features a wood-burning fireplace, expansive windows that flood the space with natural light, and beautiful lake views. A queen Tempur-Pedic pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, while the wet bar with a mini fridge is perfect for drinks and entertaining. The bedroom is generously sized and designed for comfort, with convenient access to a full bathroom.
Little House is set on a secluded, private, and very safe 50-acre gated property, with fencing surrounding most of the acreage. The home sits at the end of a half-mile concrete driveway, offering peace and privacy. Outside, guests can enjoy the outdoor seating area and propane grill—ideal for soaking in the tranquil surroundings. The property also offers direct shoreline and lake access for kayaking and swimming (at your own risk), with Hickory Creek Marina just minutes away for easy boat access. The home is pet-friendly; however, dogs should not be left outside unattended, as the property is home to local wildlife.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a gate code and unique door code to access the property. All check in information is automatically sent 48 hours in advance of the check in time.

The Hickory Creek area of Beaver Lake is a quiet and peaceful part of the lake. The 50-acre property offers a secluded and private setting, with one additional home on the land, occupied by the owners. The property is home to local wildlife so please keep doors to the home closed at all times. The home is located at the end of a half-mile concrete driveway, which is plowed as soon as possible during the winter months.
Getting Around:
While the home feels remote and private, it’s still conveniently located near Northwest Arkansas attractions. A short drive brings you to hiking and biking trails, restaurants, breweries, and local amenities. Hickory Creek Marina is just minutes away for boat access, and nearby towns make it easy to explore the region while returning to a quiet lakeside setting.
