“I chose this property because of the lake access that is in the front yard. It has rocks you can jump off of into the lake or just sit back and fish. The house is newly renovated and comfy. And I bet if you come at the right time of year the drive in will be a mind blowing view. I got to meet the owner who lives near by and she is very nice. My only complaint is the property was not listed as smoking but the main bedroom had a very strong old smoke smell. I ended up purchasing candles to……

“Thank you so much for a really wonderful vacation stay. Your farmhouse is so quaint, comfortable and welcoming....and the setting so gorgeous and peaceful! We truly felt like we we were stepping into another reality far, far away from the normal hustle, bustle of life. Perfect atmosphere for rest, relaxation, and family fun. “The house is perfectly located for a short walk to all of the shops in downtown Eureka Springs. The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals at home. Check-in and check-out was super simple and I appreciated the clear instructions. We had a great trip and loved being able to get away for a short stay!”

“We stayed at Down on Main one Christmas and fell in love with the property and the town so decided to check it out without the snow. We wanted to stay in UP on Main this time and I love both levels of this building. Matt is a stellar host and the house is lovely. Located right in the heart of the town within walking distance of everything. The Trolleys are so convenient and you must take the Tram tour. There is so much to do here and it's beautiful in May. We are planning our next trip to this……

“The owners/property managment were very accommodating. I brought my two little ones along. I would say this is geared more for older kids and adults but we enjoyed getting out of the house and they were very open about the height of the deck which made me nervous w the little ones- my fault, not theirs. They had everything you could need and the water was just a short walk down. We seen quite a few deer and really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants a quiet……

“We had a great stay at this property. Perfect way to reconnect and getaway from the busy day to day. My husband, 3 year old and I enjoyed the beach access to the lake, the comfort of the home and the ease of getting into town to get essentials and get back to relaxing at the lake. The property was clean, the host was responsive to messages and requests, we will definitely be returning with friends to share the experience with next time!”

“L O V E D this property and the area around it. They have really done an amazing job to include just about anything you could truly need. I adored the glass refrigerated waters. A washer and dryer- the puzzles . The only issue I had was with the WiFi, ( possibly from the storms), thankfully it wasn’t pertinent this time so it was nice to unplug. 10/10 I would happily stay again 💙”

“My daughter and I stayed here over Memorial weekend and had an amazing time. I cant quite put into words how much we loved this place. It smells like history and books. There is an entire wall of so many different books - I wish I could stay for a year to relax and read them all! They also have dvds, video games, puzzles, and board games. “Plenty of room... Beds needed to have mattress's felt like sleeping on a box springs. Some were better than others. Hot tub was not in working order. Overall it was enjoyable place to stay!!”

“House is perfect for families. One large main house and a guest house separated by a pool. The kids loved it. On last night's stay there was a tornado and storms that knocked out power to the house and two large trees. I called and put in a ticket and the management company had the trees removed and a few hours. While we were waiting the cleaning staff walked up the hill climed over two trees to check on us. I would highly recommend the property.”
