Cute Charleston style two level home close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Home features granite countertops, subway tile, wood flooring downstairs, carpet and tile upstairs, crown molding, a dining area with built in bench seating, farmhouse sink, gas fireplace, wrap around porch with outdoor grill and lots of storage. Laundry room is upstairs right outside of the bedrooms. Garage is in the back of the home. Wonderful location, close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade and I-49.

Location!

Stayed here to go to a concert at the WM Amp.Great location, easy in and out to get to venue.Townhouse in quiet neighborhood.Needs a little TLC, scuffs and knocked off paint on trim and around.Good layout, some stairs to get to bedrooms and bathrooms, very spacious upstairs and downstairs and nicely decorated.Good mattresses, pillows ok, bed frame and fan in primary suite noisy.Coffee pot in kitchen hadn’t had grounds emptied and had molded but dumped and soapy hot water remedied that.Easy checkout, just leave on time and don’t worry about anything else. Pleasant surprise.Overall rating 4.5Great spaces just needs a little paint and an extra check on cleaning.Would stay here again.

Short get away

Came into town for a concert, location was excellent, place was clean, had all we needed. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer ladies, the one that is provided very low power. May want to bring your own pillows as well. Other than that is was very well furnished.

Nice and convenient location

The property was really nice and plenty of room. We love the location it was easy to get to Bentonville, downtown Rogers, Eureka Springs it would even be good for a stay for the Walmart amp. Having the use of the garage was comforting. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided . There was coffee but I think it was probably what others had left there. Giving it four stars because this is the first VRBO I've stayed in that didn't have directions for anything LOL. All that was provided was the keypad codes, the Wi-Fi code and the checkout time, that's it, there weren't directions about the checkout process. I would absolutely stay there again though.

The location was wonderful for attending a concert at the Walmart AMP. The place itself was great - clean and comfortable and spacious to allow people to have a private space to work undisturbed. Quiet neighborhood but close to all amenities.

Property is perfect for families large spacious, large rooms as well. Perfect location. All rooms upstairs for those who cannot do stairs. Nice to use the garage for parking. Host is quick to respond to questions. Will stay again.
