「My family and I stayed for 3 nights and loved the accommodations. The property was clean, pool and hot tub were fabulous and the tennis court was a bonus. We loved how close we were to stores, restaurants, beaches and other vacay activities. We would highly recommend!」

「The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Beautiful, quiet and clean property. Host very responsive.Brought our boat there. Trailer parking is offisite and included with slip rental at the marina. The marina is walking distance and boat slip visible from balcony. Slip prices vary by season. We went mid September and was 325 for 3 days. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property. Michael, the host, was very accommodating. He truly made us feel welcomed and was attentive to every need. The condo unit was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings looking out over the private beach and pool. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Keys. 」

「Perfect in every way. Perfect if you want to be in the middle of the keys. Location of condo itself is perfect with feeling very private and literally sreps from the water. Beautiful views. 「Key Colony Beach is tucked away just north of Marathon, FL. The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were many locals out for morning and evening walks.The condo itself was clean and well apponted. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was a pogoda with two gas grills available for use, but we cooked in the small kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to communications when our inbound flight got delayed.」

「The unit was a great location to do the things we planned such as fishing, the beach and swimming. The place was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you can imagine in a kitchen. It was nice they provided hand & dish/dish washer soap. The place was very clean & well kept. All the beds were comfortable. The only bad thing I could say is the elevator was down for maintenance so lugging all our stuff up 2 flights of stairs was a challenge. Overall we had a great time and would...
