"Staffs at the from desk are really nice and welcoming. They respond pretty quickly to our requests. The hotel room is also clean and tidy, not super spacious but is comfortable in size. The pillow and mattress are also comfortable. Overall a nice stay experience "

"Clean room, nice pool area and hot tub and the view. The shower was hot with a good pressure. So my husband likes IPA beers. The event we attebded at the hotel did not have any so since we were staying we called to see what time the bar closed. The front desk staff said 1 am. We went down to the bar. He got his believed IPA beers. However, staff kicked guests out at midnight. That was disappointing. Other than that, we have no complaints."

"The main issue we had was the parking. Their parking garage is only rated for vehicles, no taller than 6’ 2” . Our vehicle was taller, and they were not of any assistance in helping you find parking elsewhere in the city. I have stayed at various hotels located in downtown areas that have the same problem, but they usually have a garage set up to handle taller vehicles, and they will valet park for you for a fee, which is fine. They told us we just had to find someplace, and offered no real assistance at all. So if you own a taller SUV, van or truck, I would not recommend going here"
