"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was polite, however, I guess I'ma bit "old school" as I expected the front desk staff to be wearing something more professional than a t-shirt. The breakfast did not look appealing to me, so I skipped it. I was able to park in the fron of the buiding and had no issues. For the price, I felt the stay was overall good, and I would consider staying at Auburn Place again."

"We have been coming to the Hummingbird Cabin twice a year for several years now. It’s the best place to kick back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Geloria is the perfect host, and visiting with her is always a highlight of our trip. "

"The elevator was down as well as the pool. The continental breakfast was almost non existent. The lock on the door was broken. The chairs in the room were ready to break. We were told there was shampoo and body wash available in the room and there wasn't any. There was mo soap at the sink to wash your hands. The refrigerator wasn't even cold enough to keep anything in it. We had to put things in the freezer instead. I would not recommend this place unless it had a complete overhaul. The staff were pleasant and helped us carry our items to the room but we had family take our things to the car when we left. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication and hospitality from the host was top notch. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The house was incredibly clean, well furnished, and cozy. Our family loved the rural setting and close proximity to the neighboring towns. Incredible value for all the amenities and features you get. We will definitely be back!"

"My car broke down on the interstate a few hours south. Hotels.com attempted to get a refund on my stay, however, the hotel staff were hard to reach and originally unaccommodating to the electronic request. Never had a chance to make it to the property and stayed stuck in TN for 3 nights with no word from either company. I was promised by the Hotels.com agent that someone would be in contact but never received a call back or an email."
