"This place was super clean! Only complaint I have, and it's not just this hotel. The pool area smells so strong of chlorine, it burns your eyes, and lungs. Literally. I took my grandsons so we could swim, and couldn't even be in the pool are for more than 10 minutes. Others were in there also complaining it was burning their eyes, and had to wash their eyes out."

"Staff super friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean. However, there weren't any toiletries in the room. I don't care about shampoo and such, but soap would have been nice. Also, no breakfast items were available."

"We had a great stay at this cabin. This was a dreamy cabin, cozy, and quiet within beautiful nature. The town was small and cute to enjoy local stuff. The hosts were very nice and friendly and give us really good suggestions to enjoy our stay. Very clean, nicely designed, and accessible. Staying in this cabin is a must if you are in the neighborhood."

"We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay away from crowds and close to nature. We found it here. The cabin was just secluded enough. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to sit outside under the covered deck and enjoy the water view, deer and even a fox while the frogs chirped. The hot tub was a delight! The hosts were readily available and communicated well. We will definitely rebook!"

"Doc’s Lakeside Cabin was the perfect place to get away, relax, and unwind! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, but the screened in porch was by far our favorite amenity. We watched the fish jump in the pond and a thunderstorm roll in as well as beautiful sunsets. It was too warm for us to want to use the hot tub so I can’t speak for that. We caught a few fish and had easy access to groceries, wineries, and so much more! We’ve stayed in lots of vacation rental properties and this one tops the list for cleanliness, amenities, and location not to mention price! Thank you Tanya for checking in and making sure our stay was top notch!"
