"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast. "Réservation de dernière minute à cause d’une tempête de neige dans les Alpes. Belle trouvaille dans ce petit paradis de Semedan. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux, chambre propre et hyper silencieuse, excellent déjeuner inclus. Il y avait plusieurs belles prestations offertes (piscine, spa, bar à vins) mais nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter. Nous reviendrons… "
