"We had an fantastic time at this house on Sebec lake. We have been renting and vacationing on a lake in Maine for probably thirty years and we have never stayed in a nicer place! Clean, well maintained, really like new. I had the pleasure of messaging the owner and always got a quick and helpful response. I highly recommend it."

"The facilities and location were great. My only comment is when I made reservations, I made the assumption that "trail side" lodging meant next (or very near) to the Appalachian Trail which we had come to the area to hike. The facility is actually next to a fairly busy ATV trail which I should have known by researching the facility better. The facility is convenient to the town of Monson and not too far from the AT, so all was well. Just a heads-up for future guests."

"Kevin’s cabin was everything we wanted for our lakeside stay. Excellent swimming, boating and just hanging. The water is so clear and the boulders along the rocky shoreline are massive and beautiful! We were very comfortable on the fully screened porch - it faces west for great sunsets. Kevin is a friendly and helpful host! We’d love to stay again."
