「房間雖细小，但整體都舒適。到附近的餐廳和購物點都是步行十至十五分鐘內。附近環境是海邊，風景幽美。因本人訂了兩間房，美中不足是未能安排同層。」

「Very characterful and unique - little bits of history all over the place, and nice big sitting rooms to relax in.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Coach House! The rooms were lovely, with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great breakfast too. Would recommend - especially for the price!」

「Lovely big bathroom , very comfortable bed. Parking wasn’t a problem at all as parking right outside on the street .」

「lovely breakfast clean」

「Serviced Room rather than a hotel but no problem in finding it and gaining access! Excellent for comfort and cleanliness with good shower!」

「This hotel is quiet and service is good, but the hotel itself; the room and facilities are aged. 」

「Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing...

「Lovely house and lovely location. Two mins to the Jolly Sailors pub and three mins to the beach. Lots to explore in Suffolk and Norfolk, so idea location.」

「Great holiday base. Loved the cinema room. Could do with a second fridge for drinks. That would make it perfect.」
