Set atop a dramatic cliff with a panoramic view out to the North Sea, Pakefield is a quaint suburb with an identity all of its own. The Vansion is tucked away in a quiet corner of this family-friendly holiday park, and is the perfect base to explore the unspoilt beaches, the charming coastal villages and the beautiful Norfolk Broads, a network of lakes and rivers perfect for outdoor adventures. Dogs are welcome.
The Vansion provides comfortable accomodation for 4 guests, with a double bedroom and twin room with 2 singles. It does have a 4ft sofa bed in the sitting room, if required.
There is a shower room with a walk-in shower and hand basin, and a separate WC and hand basin.
The spacious open plan living and dining space has plenty of seating and the triple aspect makes it light and airy. The TV includes ROKU with streaming instructions The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and oven, fridge, small freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Outside is a large decking area to enjoy your morning coffee, and perfect for al fresco dining, or just relaxing with a glass of your favourite tipple.There is also a secluded garden with garden furniture and a barbeque if the British weather plays ball. There is no charcoal for the barbeque as it is difficult to guarantee it won't get damp. Charcoal is available at the local shop.
There is direct access, down some steps, to the unspoilt dog friendly beach, just a few minutes away.
There is room for one family sized car to be parked alongside The Vansion, not the deck side.
There is a swimming pool on site but this will need to be booked and charges may apply at peak times. Swimming passes and pool opening times can be obtained from reception
There is a clubhouse which has a bar, a shop and laundrette on site.
If there is more than one car, or a very large car, please use the car park by reception. If there is someone parked in the allocated space, please feel free to ask them to move.
No smoking or vaping inside the caravan or on the decking
Noise should be kept to a minimum as per the park rules, and consideration to neighbours
