We loved everything about our stay. This was our third time on the island and our first time at Fourteen and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The room was very much clean, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We did not want to leave. The balcony was beautiful and also clean. It was perfect for our photos. It was breath taking. I think the star of the show was Anja .... she was amazing, not only was she very helpful but she was patient as well. She guided us to everything we needed and also was super kind. She always had a smile on her face and had a positive attitude. Amazing customer service. I would stay here again if she was my front desk agent. Thank You so much Anja. I truly enjoyed my birthday.

Je suis mécontente du service proposé. On m'a changé de logement sans me prévenir. J'avais réservé un appartement en angle avec vue panoramique et n'ai été logé dans un appartement avec terrasse simple. La personne a l'accueil m'a dit ne rien pouvoir faire et que je devais me plaindre par mail. Autre point un peu déceptif: des fourmis partout dans la chambre et la salle de bain. L'accueil Le service sur place.
