"Awesome property for a group of friends trying to hangout and have a good time. Owner was super helpful and understanding on various matters. Great beach access, where you can swim to various different islands and do cliff jumping. As you can see in the photo, there was also a water trampoline which the owners allowed us to use. "My son and I started at this property for a week while visiting friends in Kingston. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. "This was a great space and perfect for our needs. The yurt was comfortable and the fire pit was great. Really awesome to have a nice table and grill and the hammock was comfortable. Good lights and drinkable water were plentiful. Will be back!"

"We celebrated a bachelorette and it was absolutely amazing. The wine is also delicious. We took the meditarrean supper and charcuterie board with our stay, which was the best! This place is a hidden gen. Would definately recommend."

"Everything was good except for the wifi & internet connection which meant the TV, Netflix, prime etc did not work or our computers! This was a big issue because my husband and my mother had work to do and we had to use our cellular data! Shane came by Saturday morning to check but did not know what the problem was. "What a fantastic find! We loved the house - all the art was a delightful surprise. The beds are comfortable and the rooms nicely appointed. The backyard was a prefect spot for breakfast in the mornings and a fire in the evening. Ashley was great to deal with. We’d happily be come back! "
