「Host was excellent, communication was great, property was in a nice neighborhood, I felt safe.
I wish we had control of the thermostat. It was stuffy when we arrived and warm to sleep, second night I asked for it to be adjusted, which the host graciously did. The noise coming from upstairs was much louder than I would prefer.」

「What a sweet and thoughtfully put together place the Art Studio was! It had everything my husband snd I needed. A comfy bed, immaculate place, lovely touches, and art supplies! 「It’s a very cozy spot. Clean and had pretty much everything I needed for one night stay.
The bathroom door was an issue as it’s a two people job to open the door. Also, the bed doesn’t have a head board and wall is not a smooth surface so uncomfortable .」

「This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes. 」
