Yes, room spacious and clean, beds very comfortable.Breakfast menu fresh, staff excellent. Only issue was that caulking im bathroom needs replacing. Building is older, but still basically well kept. Staff keeping common areas very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly.

The pool area was very dirty then when my family went to get pool towels the lady at the desk said we had to pay for them once I checked out at the property at 1030am the lady tried to charge my card 50$ at 4pm saying I broke the mirror when I left my room the way they left it for me I had to go find linen for the pull out couch the breakfast was not the best the juice was watery and was told thats how it comes this was the worst experience I had and I will not be returning here ever again

The only thing saving this review was the the staff were friendly. The lights in my room didn't work and there was no hot water - even after letting the shower run for 30 minutes. I would not stay here again and they should have offered me a refund of some kind for the inconvenience.

The staff was unprofessional and very rude. The trashcans inside and outside were full with very foul odors coming from them. Staff member tried to charge an additional $150 after checkout for a beeping smoke detector that needed new batteries. When asking for towels after swimming we were told we had to pay for them even though no towels were present in the towel area. Breakfast was horrible. This was a horrible experience for me and my family

The beds are hard feels like a prison bed and the ac didn’t work at all it was like oven in the room try to get of hotel staff and the dnt answer the phones at all had a emergency come up and we had to leave unexpectedly and they wouldn’t give us the money back for the sec night the balcony had bird poop all over it and if I was yall go somewhere else

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The room smelled AC didnt work properly. One elevator wasnt working. When we checked into the room the bedspread had brown stains on it.

Usually we have no real issues with staying here. This time, after waking up, it was discovered that the towels in our room were only hand towels and we had nothing to dry off with after a shower. I called the front desk and was told that if I wanted towels I would have to come get them myself from the front desk. Apparently the person was the only one around and couldn’t leave the desk. That was unacceptable to me. I was in my pajamas. I am very disappointed in the hotel after this stay and we have stayed here more than 4 times this year!!!
