The room was very spacious. The coffee was strong. I just wish they offered coffee in the afternoons to their guests. We did not find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful, and even though it has, a kitchenette, there was not a single utensil mug pan,or plates to be able to use the kitchen.

It was so unacceptable that within an hour we checked in & out of the hotel. Room dirty, bed matress look like it was 10 yrs old or older even with a bedspread. The condition of facility was very poor.

The property was old but clean. In our room, our bathroom door was hard to close. At breakfast, the biscuits were burnt and the gravy was cold. We also heard two maids arguing right outside our door. We will not stay there again.

When I checked the staff was welcoming. The parking was safe. The room was fairly larger than expected. It smelled clean. However the simple things that popped out that needed a lot of attention was the tub cleanliness, the shower curtain smelled like dirty wet rag, many lights did not work in my room. During the day around the afternoon I also notice in the staff kitchen area where they prepare the continental breakfast, there were hashbrowns (in their packaging still) layed out on a rolling cart just sitting there for a good while… mind you this was in the afternoon.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Hotel itself was too dirty. I was given a dirty room. It was not properly cleaned. Sofa and carpet had crumbs. Bathroom was dirty. Bathtub had black stains. Bed sheets were stained. The room itself felt very unsanitary. Rooms need a lot of maintenance. Had a bad experience and will definitely not stay is his hotel anymore.

The room wasn't very clean, there was hair in the tub, the bed didn't have a flat sheet, but 2 blankets which was fine but it was stained in several places which I wasn't sure if it was clean or not. There was lots of dust in the corners, no hangers in the closest to hang clothes once ironed and once they checked us in on tje 3rd floor the elevator went out the next morning so we had to pack all the luggage down 3 flights. The breakfast area is very small only room for 1 person at a time and the orange juice taste as if it was mixed half and galf with water to make it stretch.

Our room was filthy. There was a huge stain on the bed, the carpets and kitchen floor were dirty, and there were grease stains or something like that on the towels in the bathroom. Asked for another room, and the pillowcases were filthy. We left!

Upon arrival they had given my room away even though I called and told the I was arriving late in the evening since I was driving out of town. Then the room they gave us was making a beeping sound, so the employee came and turned off the ac and turned it back on like three times before I just told him to give another room since the ac was not working. The breakfast was mediocre, with all of their employees just coming in and grabbing breakfast and it was dirty. The bed was horrible and even though I asked housekeeping to clean the room they left it the same, and didn’t replace the towels. The hotel seemed like they had tried to renovate but half assed it. The halls smelled like week and vapes. Just not the experience I was hoping for and I’m pissed that Expedia had such a high rating for this hotel. All lies.
