Great stay!

Overnight stay. Good place to shower and rest your head. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. Would have easily rated a 5star however the room only had 1 towel and I booked for 4 guests.

Although the entrance to the hotel and pool area seem nice, the hotel room itself was average. The toilet ran the whole time after being flushed until we'd jiggle it. While sleeping, some other guests must have been up smoking weed because our room and all our belongings were penetrated with the smell. And I was unable to sleep due to the smell from like 5-730am.

It was cheap but you get what you pay for. Towels and bedding looked like they never get washed. Cobwebs everywhere. The kids enjoyed the pool, but for a very wide open space it was extremely humid.

The room was disgusting, there was trash, dirty socks, qtips, cigarettes and ashes , and liquor bottles behind both night stands, there was no microwave, coffee maker, or hair dryer like it said on the description and the neighbors we extremely loud (x rated noises) at 3 pm. But the staff at the front desk however was extremely nice and helpful and definitely made the stay somewhat more pleasant. Or at least tolerable.

Not A Good Place

Smelled like weed when you walked in. They did not come and clean the room on the first day. The A/C kept going out because the extension cord breaker kept tripping. There was no breakfast. The pool and hot tub was closed. My card to get in the room had to be re-activated each day. I stayed 4 days. The sheets had stains on them. The couch and chair in the room needed to be thrown out with all the stains on them.

11/3/23-11/4/23 Lubbock review

The facility was represented well according to the pictures on line. The pool was full of cement coating that was being removed. The upstairs door was shattered but still within the frame but in such a way you should be cautious due to looking like it could fall out of the frame at any time. One of my biggest complaints was I requested a 1st floor room and was told by the employee that the 1st floor rooms were not cleaned and non were available for me dispite my request. I asked or two additional towels for myself and the other female in my room and the worked told me that there was two hand towels and two body towels in the room already. I replied that we are ladies and need towels for our hair and that the hand towels would not work. He mumbled something as he walked off and got the towels and offered no other words when he brought them back not even a reply when I stated-thank you. The area outside of the rooms on the 1st floor was littered with cigarettes, a condom, and some other litter. The 2nd floor outside area where my room was located was not as dirty.
