This phenomenal property boasts 5 bedrooms, including 4 king beds, 1 twin bed, and 2 queen beds, as well as a game room with an 8-person poker table and foosball table. Located directly across from the Texas Tech campus, guests will feel right at home.

This is a prime location for events happening on Techs campus. I would suggest tankless water heaters to supply a house that size with plenty of hot water. We staggered our showers so we didn’t have a problem. Signs were posted in bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant stay in a historic home.

House was clean inside and very pleasant to hang out in. Guests need more control of A/C. Home needs a coffee grinder. Perhaps a couple softer pillows. But besides that, we would stay again. Thank you

The home itself was beautiful, clean, and looked just like the photos, which is why this review is difficult to write. However, our experience with the host and lack of transparency was extremely disappointing.One major issue was that there was someone staying in the guest house on the property during our stay, which was never disclosed anywhere in the listing before booking. We only found out after check-in through the guest book/house information. Had this been clearly stated upfront, we may have chosen a different property, as privacy was important to us.Communication from the host also left a lot to be desired, and several important details about the property were not disclosed until the day of check-in. While the house itself deserves praise, the hosting experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.Overall: beautiful property, but poor transparency and communication made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating.

Room for everyone! Great location, walk to the TTU basketball game. Nice game room with poker table, large kitchen, dining area, Blackstone griddle on the back porch. Very comfortable and plan on staying there again.

We had a magical holiday weekend at the Mansion. Walking to campus, watching Tech on television in the great room, and preparing a huge meal in the chef’s kitchen made for a wonderful visit.

Home was very clean, had great air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, luxurious bedding & comfortable furniture for our family of 6 adults. We had a great time playing foosball in the game room, sitting together in the family room & hanging out in the kitchen area which had plenty of seating. The backyard was really pretty with a nice water feature & has some nicely appointed seating areas & a Blackstone grill (that we unfortunately didn’t have an opportunity to use), that was very clean. Bedrooms were huge (Texas sized!) and had fun themes/decor & historical info. Easy walk to campus & the Jones Stadium for football. Wonderful location! Our host Eric was excellent communicating with us & checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property & host. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for my son's graduation and had a large group. The house is in a great location, is a great size, and was very clean. We had plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The kitchen is large and spacious and was a great gathering spot. The back patio was another favorite gathering spot. We also really enjoyed playing games at the poker table. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

My family stayed at this wonderful house for a couple of days. We were comfortable and it was a great location for us. Very nice house and easy communication with the property manager or owner.
