“This place is a 5-star hotel. It's a true boutique hotel. It is very quiet, very private, but you have access to everything. The view from the hilltop outside of the property is simply amazing. The food is excellent, fresh, and made on spot 24/7. The wifi is fast, so you can do your business just fine. It is a gated property so it's very safe. The staff is the friendliest staff you can ever encounter on your trips. They make you feel at home and are ready to provide anything you need. I could……

“I had a problem with the water system in my room and they upgraded my room with no extra fees. I love the reception stuff, the facility is great, their kitchen is so slow and the the team as well.”

“Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.”

“I was the messy one . Room was clean and fan was enough to cool room in evening . Shower was like many hotels in Uganda without shower curtain so you must be careful or you will get tp wet but you get used to it . The staff were special and went out of their way to prepare food and anything we bought ourselves like watermelon . Anything we asked for was brought immediately .
