“位置算ok, 房間整齊乾淨，但沒有電梯，如果搬大旅行箱上三、四樓，稍為辛苦；另外早餐比較簡單，連雞蛋也沒有！”

“I was only in Dublin for the day/night, however the experience at 31 was superb. Staff were friendly, attentive and dedicated to service excellence. From the beginning to my departure I was looked after. The room was immaculate and well appointed and deserved the price point. The candle gift was a lovely touch as were the sweet treats! The exterior terrace was very nice and the fire was very pleasant. Highly recommend for a quick visit and or if you are staying for longer. I will be back……

“Excellent location with bus stops (to city center and to/from airport) directly in front of unit. Spotless facility. Bathroom clean and very nice. Excellent breakfast (custom order and cooked fresh). The host could not be more helpful with recommendations/information. Room was very quiet. ”

“Great place to sleep in Dublin for a night or two. Room was huge - there were 2 of us but it could have slept 6! It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre which was perfect for exploring and the price was excellent compared to other hotels. It was self-check-in so we didn't see any staff.”

“The views from the house are amazing. That supplied boots to walk the fields. We walked to the lake and on the way saw sheep, lambs, horses and donkeys . We even got to pet the donkeys! The breakfasts are also amazing!”

“Stephen and Maria were at the door to great us on our arrival which was an an excellent way to make us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Stephen explained everything about the area, how to get there and the best places to eat. My wife and I felt very comfortable indeed. Excellent breakfast, great way to start the day.”

“This is a nice guest house. We stayed in a large room with enough beds to fit our whole family. There is a fridge and a microwave in the common area. The breakfast was affordable and good. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was large, but it had a strong unpleasant smell that was overpowering, even with windows open. ”

The room was comfortable and we loved the small kitchen, it was so convenient! We loved how eco-friendly the property strives to be and the fact that there were laundry facilities on site was great too. We would definitely stay there again. ”
