“The food some days better, some days worse. Room pillows needs replacement ASAP. Some staff needs better training on how to deal with customers. “I'm a diabetic and requested a room with a refrigerator. The agent that checked me in was not helpful as all the dining room was closed but a kind lady gave me some ice. Went out and came back around 11pm or so restaurant was closed so I could not get any ice. Went to the front desk and explained my situation. Room was immediately change to one with a refrigerator”

“The location is definitely one to enjoy being on a marina and it is truly family friendly with its playground availability.
A few things to note, the rooms are mature and in need a renovation. They make you well aware that there is a surcharge for WiFi (realistically, who wants to pay for that in this day and age) so it creates an even deeper and intentional quality time with family.
A great thing- our flight arrived around 7:30am and while check in wasn’t until 4:00pm, they graciously……

“I enjoy staying here when I vacation in the Bahamas. I come for the water(beach and pool) and the people. The staff have become like old friends and work hard to make you feel welcome and have a wonderful time. Alfie and bar staff have the best Bahama Mama cocktails on the island. Steven keeps everyone entertained at the pool side! Waitresses are wonderful and always smiling! The room is dated but I don't come here to stay in the room. As long as it is clean.”
