Hansel of The Shiny Pebble Cottages

This newly renovated cottage is a "tiny house" type. It is an efficiency, with beauty inside and out! Homeaway will not let us say a "cottage" has 0 bedrooms, so it says 1 bedroom.

2 cottages right together can benefit when a large family travels together. Gretel next door is a 2 bedroom cottage, that sleeps 4. Right across the street from Indian Pete Bayou, this is a very quiet area. There is a dock for your boat. 30 day rental minimum.

Beautiful and perfect for a comfy nights stay. If your on the go and enjoying the area and lake this is great. We had no plans to lounge indoors so we loved it! It's comfy inside too with all the amenities you need but the fire pit area and lake front pier are awsome. (bring camp chairs)

Nice small cottage

Place was well kept, good location. Only down point was I received no info for check in prior to my arrival. I made a mistake in booking and the owner was gracious enough to refund the last day of the stay!

We were able to get a place on/ near Hamlin Lake last minute for the 2 of us. Easy access to the lake for our kayaks. Small, cute one room cottage that was adequate for our needs.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

The space is set up nicely. Everything clean and mostly new. Great landscaping. Outdoor space with fire pit, chairs, grill. Quick walk down to the dock and lake. Good for motor or non-motor water craft, as the space is right between the lake and the no-wake area. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Communication with the host was quick and helpful.
