Great spot. Our only gripe about this otherwise excellent place to stay was that the bar staff refused or were unable to serve hot drinks when we looked for a late evening nightcap and one of us wanted a herbal tea (along with a schnapps!). The excuse was that there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room but that simply is not credible for this class of hotel.

Budget hotel chain on edge of Hamburg city centre. Absolutely perfect considering the price we paid, and the underfloor heating couldn't be faulted! (Also unexpected!) Great value for money considering location (10min walk to Steinstraße UBahn) and directly by the Number 3 bus which is every 10mins. Definitely recommended for anyone travelling on a budget.

Room was clean, price very reasonable for a 5* and so close to city centre. My only gripe was the noise level given the room location - I was close to the inner hotel area, 1002, and bar music & chatter was on until midnight, also the location felt like a thoroughfare, either the staff was vacuuming ...

There was incredible amount of noise coming from the bar and people outside. There were many people throwing beer bottles onto the sidewalk. Rooms are very very small. Would never stay there again
