Immerse yourself totally in relaxation that the intense blue of the furnishings of ROGGIA 7, a brand new two-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Lugano, will give you: your stay in the beautiful city of Ticino will have an excellent starting point from here, just minutes from the lake and from the historical center. 



Prepare an aperitif in the modern and super-equipped corner kitchen, and enjoy it at the table in the living room, whose chairs are reminiscent of the lake, its colors and its gentle waves! Or, enjoy it at the table of the large crescent-shaped terrace, which gives light to the whole room and offers a splendid view of the surrounding mountains! The two double bedrooms with large wardrobe make this apartment ideal for both families and groups of friends or for work colleagues on a business trip: The Exhibition Center and fairgrounds are a 3-minute walk away! The bathroom, decorated with a dark blue mosaic, has a spacious shower in which to relax after a day of sightseeing! The apartment is equipped with a double sofa bed for additional guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the paid public car parks close to the building.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
