Super godt placeret og fantastisk ud over søen fra vores værelse. Det er det som hotellet kan sælges på men ligger også tæt på byen med gode restauranter og hyggelige ture langs søen.

We stayed two nights at this lakeside venue. Pro’s: location, pool, breakfast, and staff. Con’s: A/C is not strong, beds are twins, joined to make fulls which can be challenging w/ passionate nights with your spouse.

The location of the hotel was good. Easy to get to Lugano Centre by Line 2 Bus. The bus was SO reliable & came every 20 minutes. The room had a great view of the lake but was not well equipped re power points. The bathroom was excellent. I thought for an expensive hotel it was a bit much to charge you if you wanted a cooked omelette or eggs fried or poached. Most hotels offer this. The evening meal was excellent. I loved my veal & it had beautiful tasty accompaniments. The hotel provided the Ticino Card which meant bus Transport was free.
