Novos Arcadia 501

Flawless check-in. Great location in the proximity of the city center with a nice coffee shop downstairs that offers great breakfast options but in the same time in a quiet street. Love the building, the amenities and the design of the apartment that is generous in space and cozy. It's one of those places that puts a lot of effort in the details and it's noticeable: In the shower I was like: 'that's a good soap & shampoo. Where can I find this?', in the bedroom 'Wow...that's a cool ceiling lamp!' and so on...We will for sure consider it for our next visits to Lugano.

Great place located in the heart of Lugano. We visited our son who was enrolled in the Linking Lives program at Hostel Montarino. This unit was close enough and easy to get to the train station. The unit was clean! We couldn’t figure out the washer/dryer but that’s our fault. Communication was good but not great and we never got checkout instructions so I hope we left according to the owners expectations. Would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back to Lugano!
