A Unique Private Retreat in Mendoza

Welcome to Quinta Anabtawi, your own private resort in the heart of Mendoza wine country. Set on a secure 1-acre estate with a gated entrance, the property offers complete privacy and plenty of space for families and groups.

Sleeping Arrangements

Main Villa: Sleeps 1 couple in a queen bed (with en-suite bathroom) and up to 3 more guests in bunk beds.

Detached Studio Flat: Located about 150 ft from the main villa, this fully equipped studio features a queen-size bed and bathroom — perfect for an additional couple.

Separate Bedroom: Includes two single beds, ideal for friends or children.

The entire property is rented exclusively to one group at a time, ensuring you can enjoy all facilities in complete privacy. You’ll also discover a variety of local fauna that makes the Quinta even more special.

Your Host

I’m Riyad, your host and neighbor (just 10 minutes away). I’ll personally welcome you and make sure everything is perfect for your arrival. After that, the Quinta is completely yours to enjoy. While there’s no live-in staff or gardener during your stay, gardening is done only while you’re away sightseeing, so your privacy is never disturbed. I’m always just a call or message away if you need anything.

Optional Experience — The Argentine BBQ Extravaganza

During your stay, I highly recommend booking my Riyad Argentine BBQ Experience. You’ll taste the best cuts of Argentine beef, grilled the authentic way — not pre-cooked like in many restaurants. This is a truly homemade Argentine asado, an essential experience if you want to say you’ve truly lived Argentina.

This was a great place to stay. The host was amazing and was in constant communication when we had a mishap with a driver. He welcomed us in person and saw us off. The home was very quaint and clean and was perfect for our short time in the wine country!! Thank you Riyad!!!!

Excellent location! Beautiful property! Great owner! We loved it here. Close enough to get to lots of sites but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Great for our group of 4 but would accommodate a much larger group. We would come here again!

Having recently retired, my husband and I were looking forward to a quiet and relaxing three weeks in Argentina. La Quinta didn't disappoint. It was very comfortable and, even though it was winter in Lujan de Cuyo, very beautiful. I would recommend that you give this beautiful place a second look. Wonderful place to relax near Mendoza!

Quinta was the perfect place to spend our last three nights in Argentina! Riyad was a wonderful host and we enjoyed the barbeque very much! This is a very unusual property with room to spread out. We traveled as two couples and enjoyed having separate quarters. The beautiful landscaped property was fun to wander around. We enjoyed the full moon and starry nights. I would rather stay here than the Hilton any day! Riyad was a very gracious host and helped us arrange airport transfer, wine tour and mountain tour. Everything was coordinated to perfection! If we get back to Mendoza we will definitely stay again! Highly recommend! Thanks Riyad for the MF good time and the whiskey too! Cate, Russell, Amy and Mark

But only if you have a car or other transportation

Our group was five retired adults, and we anticipated calling taxi’s to take us to dinners. However, on the evening of our arrival we could not get a taxi - actually two taxis needed for all of us. Our host Riyad saved us from a catastrophic night of eating eggs and toast for dinner by driving over himself to take several of us to a place to pick up pizza to go. While we greatly appreciated his efforts - he probably spent 90 minutes coming to get us, waiting for the pizza and driving us back - pizza to go was not what we had hoped for on our first night in Mendoza. We had wonderful all day wine tours the following two days, including large lunches at the wineries, but again we were stuck eating out of the refrigerator in the evenings after having our guide the first day stop at the grocery with us to pick up items for dinner. Riyad had picked up groceries at our request before we arrived, but we had only ordered breakfast food because we had expected to go to restaurants each evening. Bottom line is you really need a car or an arrangement for someone to drive you at night. Aside from the transportation problems, on the positive side the grounds are lovely and we really enjoyed lounging by the pool after a day of wine tasting. On the negative side were problems with the Internet - not completely unexpected in a rural area, but still a problem. There was a consistent but slow connection in the main house, but no connection in the smaller apartment. Riyad is aware and will try to have it fixed, but like all of us is at the mercy of an Internet provider. Also need to be aware that the place is essentially rural in nature, and while clean the facilities are somewhat rustic. Three of us enjoyed this aspect of the location, two did not. The pictures are accurate and descriptive, so nobody should be surprised buy what they find. Despite our transportation problems we really enjoyed our time in Mendoza and would consider returning to Riyad’s place if we had a car.

Great property and host. Very nice area in wine region (nearby Chacras), easy access to leisure activities destinations (rafting, hiking, others). On weekends, there might be party in the neighbourhood. Overall very recommendable.

The inside of the house is dirty and not as pictured.

We arrived after staying in a VRBO in Buenos Aires, Beautiful place.This would have been the 4th VRBO for us this year. We have stayed in many VRBO over the years all over the world and each one rated 4.6 to 5 Star, have been as stated. The pictures are not accurate depictions of this house. Pull sheets back and dirt in bed. This house has 4.9 but it is no more than a 1 star. We left after one hour. That hour was to find another hotel. We paid for 4 nights and Breakfast and BBQ. He said all food was bought so no refund period but we weren’t going to ruin a great vacation staying in a small dark dirty house. If you fall for the 5 star rating don’t buy his meal plan. Save yourself a lot of money and stay in one of the many other beautiful places in Mendoza Province. Mendoza is fantastic!

Amazing property and owner!

There were 4 of us, two couples that stayed at Quinta. We had looked forward to this tume to relaxduring our 17 day stay in Argentina and had 4 days booked. It completely surpassed any expectations we may have had! Riyad is the perfect host and every thing he set up for us from dinners, a wine tour with a 5 course gourmet lunch, drivers.were nothing but the very best! The cherry on top was the authentic Argentine BBQ he and his grill chef, Juan, created for us was spectacular! An experience we will never forget. Every bite of food was absolutely delicious and created right before us. The main house and the apartment were very clean and comfortable. The grounds are impeccably kept, and we wandered about in the relaxing atmosphere enjoying the many plants and trees. We can't wait to go back! We found a treasure in Mendoza and a friend in Riyad!

Riyad is a wonderful host

As the title suggest, Riyad was a great host. He was always helpful and available. He did a nice BBQ for us the first night with more food and wine than we could consume. The property is expansive with all kinds of hidden nooks and surprises. It was fun to explore and see the entire property. The accommodations are adequate but a bit tired, and the kitchens minimally stocked. But nothing prevented us from cooking basic meals and sleeping well. The pool was wonderful to cool off in after a day of exploring the Mendoza wine country, while the fire pit kept the chill off at night, as well as the mosquitos.
