The house has central heating. Due to a concern about sustainability and the local micro climate in Vistalba, the house was specially designed to eliminate the need of air-conditioning.

There is a gallery in the west side of the house with 2 benches to sit with a glass of Malbec and view the mountains. There are 4 Bedrooms; 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs with plenty of closet space. There is a safe in one of the master bedrooms. Eight guest sleep comfortably. Two extra beds could be added as needed, one in the library and one in the mezzanine. There are 3 full and 2 half bathrooms with luxury fixtures. One of the bathroom has a tub with hydro massage. The eat in kitchen, dining room and living room are all part of the beautiful high ceiling space. The ceiling is an impressive display of carpentry and craftsmanship. There is a dining room with large table, buffet and 10 chairs in front of the fireplace in the main living area. There are also several living room sets throughout the house that provided private spaces. The library and conference room also double as an office space and has a conference table and chairs, equipped with a 17 inches Personal Computer, side cabinets and an additional 2 book cases.
The eat in kitchen has patio set with round table and 6 chairs that can be used for breakfast inside or outside in the gallery. The Quincho has, in addition, a large grill with remote control adjustments and capacity to barbeque for more than 30 people. There is a brick oven next to the grill. There is an enclosed and fully illuminate swimming pool and Spa area including a beautiful water fountain wall and palm trees .
The region is characterized by dry weather with a micro climate of at least 10 degree below the temperature in Mendoza city. There are 4 well defined seasons with the fall being the best. The area is ideal for mountain biking (group mountain biking to the Andes piedmont could be arranged), trekking, rafting, skiing, and horse riding. Several of the vinyards have excellent restaurants on site.
