“In over ten years of booking through Expedia, this is hands-down my worst experience. Kerculla Resort should be removed from the platform immediately. When we arrived, the property was an active, half-finished construction site with not a single staff member on the premises. Completely stranded, we could not even stay on the property and had to drive an hour away to Sarandë to secure last-minute accommodations for the night. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this property.”

“The hotel is perfectly located on the beach with its own private beach area including sun loungers and umbrellas. We could leave our rental car in the underground garage; whenever we wanted to go somewhere, the staff would bring the car out for us. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern, it was clean and we had a balcony with a partial sea view. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. We occasionally ordered pizza from the lunch menu—which was tasty—and the cocktails,……

“5* would recommend”

“Great service and a great location, you wake up to such a beautiful view! I arrived close to midnight, and they asked me if I had eaten. They were even ready to cook something for me! 5 stars, will definitely recommend!”

“We got a room with a single queen sized bed for the wife and I. Room looked like it was just recently built. Modern looking and functional. Plenty of places for your things. It appeared that most rooms had a balcony. Ours had a table with 2 chairs. It was a nice area to decompress after a busy day. We could see the sea from our balcony. The hotel has parking available for guests, but I would contact the hotel about availability. I believe there are more rooms than parking spots. During the……

“Great location and very responsive on what’s app for anything we needed. Thank you.”

“We loved staying at Amalia’s house. Everything was spotless and cozy, and very peaceful and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and it’s very easy to access the main areas of Gjirokastra with a quick walk up the hill. We’d love to come stay here again!”

“The location was awesome. Super easy to walk everywhere, fairly level to get to the Bazaar (which is rare based on what we saw). We walked to the castle as well, a bit uphill, but that’s true of every rental in town. All in all A++ for location. The dinner was absolutely delicious…there meatballs were incredible. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was great, super friendly. The room was a great mix of old and modernized. We thought Silver Hill was awesome. I’ve already recommended it……

“I had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was very clean and only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the town center. What really made my stay special was the family. They were incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. The guest house is family run, which gives it a very personal and authentic atmosphere. Every morning I enjoyed a delicious fresh breakfast. If you like things simple and authentic, without all the unnecessary fuss of overpriced luxury hotels, this is the place for you. And if you want……

“Personale gentilissimo, bel panorama dalle stanze”

“Great location as it’s super accessible to the waterfront. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Parking is a few blocks away so once you check in (double park for check-in), you can drop off your luggage and you’ll get directed to the spot. Very clean modern rooms, exceeds my expectation!”
