「Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.」

「O hotel é muito bem localizado. O café da manhã, diferente do que lemos nos comentários, não foi no beach club parceiro do hotel. Foi no próprio hotel, o que não necessitou nenhuma caminhada. Era um café da manhã simples, mas honesto. O quarto era satisfatório. Nosso principal elogio para o hotel é o atendimento da Elivah que fica na recepção do hotel, na recepção do café da manhã, que serve o café, que faz os drinks e que ajuda na limpeza dos quartos. Impressionante como ela faz tudo neste...
