Hotel stay was absolutely perfect. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good each morning. The hotel was also located just steps away from the main shopping and restaurant area of the old town. I highly recommend staying here, and even more recommend choosing the room with the balcony, which was perfect for a cool evening. Maybe bring a sleep mask for that room as the patio door doesn't have blackout curtains and it gets very bright very early.

This hotel has a great location close to Gjirokaster castle, old town and other historic attractions. It provides parking for the guests which is really ok if you traveling by car. The service and the staff are excellent hard working and professional people and very kind and helpful. We had an amazing experience- the location of the hotel is great, the breakfast was plentiful and authentic Albanian food served with kindness and hospitality. Great hotel - excellent service

Hotel is in an older building and represent an older style - very good rooms and some great views. Breakfast was excellent - staff were very friendly. Finding the place in a car was a challenge as was parking but we had a great stay and enjoyed the experience.
